The sound bar is awesome and very easy to install. I spend many hours at a time on my mower and it’s a nice addition. What I’d really like to comment on though is the exceptional customer service I received from Steve. I believe Steve is the company owner, although I’m not certain. I emailed with questions and he immediately called me. An email response would have been surprising enough, but he called me and answered my questions and ensured that the order was placed with the Bad Boy factory. He also emailed me the UPS tracking number soon after. I do business with many companies and I’ve never received this level of service, especially from the company owner. He sounds like a nice guy and he has earned my future business. In my opinion, a quality product at a good price is only one important factor. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Keep up the good work Steve. Whenever I need parts, I’ll use your company without exception.
